Marcia was my contact at the company. She keep me informed of all equipment and shipping related items. All the necessary paperwork was forwarded to me so that I could clear customs by myself using Clearit in canada. I have just started using the machine and it works as described. If I were to recommend one thing, the start up manual could be improved,as well as the general manual. The water cooler that is used I haven't quite figured out the how the settting work and the manual doesn't seem to include instructions. The firing button also needs to be double pushed before starting. I would also be careful of holding the laser in one location too long, it will melt the metal. So far so good.
